Air Care Plus

Implementer: Portland Energy Conservation, Inc. (PECI)

Description: An enhanced maintenance service for HVAC units designed to optimize the performance of commercial packaged rooftop units or split systems.

Eligible Customers: Customers throughout PG&E's service territory with rooftop HVAC units.

 

 

Air Conditioning Duct/Seal Program

Implementer: Synergy Companies

Description: Provides diagnosis of your central air conditioning and a tune-up along with testing your duct systems for leaks and sealing those leaks.

Eligible Customers: Commercial businesses with central air conditioning.

 

 

Building Energy Code Training

Implementer: Building Industry Institute

Description: Provides training to the building industry to improve compliance with Title 24 energy codes for residential new construction.

Eligible Customers: California production builders and California community building department staff throughout the PG&E service territory.

 

 

California Dairy Energy Efficiency Program

Implementer: EnSave

Description: Promotes the installation of energy efficient measures with rebate incentives to dairy producers. 

Eligible Customers: Agricultural diary customers throughout PG&E's service territory - select designation codes from the North American Industry Classification System.

 

 

California Multifamily New Homes Program

Implementer: Heshong Mahone Group (HMG)

Description: Provides design assistance and incentive for new multifamily homes built to 15% above Title 24.

Eligible Customers: New construction multifamily projects inthe PG&E service territory.

 

 

California Preschool Energy Efficiency Program (CPEEP)

Implementer: Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF)

Description: Provides audits and direct installs to center-based child care and preschool facilities in the Southern California Edison and Pacific Gas & Electric service areas at no cost.

Eligible Customers: Customers throughout PG&E's service territory with main focus in Bay area.

 

 

Campus Housing Efficiency Solutions

Implementer: Resource Solutions Group (RSG)

Description:  Helps identify energy efficient upgrades for student campus housing and provides incentives in the form of either a rebate and/or installation support services to ensure that cost-effective savings are achieved.

Eligible Customers: Qualifying public and private college campus residential facilities that receive gas and/or electric service from PG&E.

 

 

Cool Control Plus

 Implementer: Honeywell

Description: Involves direct installation of energy efficient HVAC controls, and lighting and vending machine controls for small hotels and motels, with Package Terminal Air Conditioning (PTAC) units in room. HVAC controls shall be free to customer; lighting and vending controls will have a 10% co-pay.

Eligible Customers: Customers throughout PG&E's service territory within the designated codes from the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS).

 

 

Energy Smart Grocer

Implementer: Portland Energy Conservation, Inc. (PECI)

Description: Delivers energy savings to grocery stores and supermarkets by promoting audits, and providing technical expertise and financial incentives to implement refrigeration, lighting and HVAC retrofits.

Eligible Customers:  Customers throughout PG&E's service territory whose maximum demand exceeds 70 kWh with specified designation codes from the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS).

 

 

Green Building Technical Support Services Program

Implementer: Build It Green

Description: Promotes Green Building through education and outreach as a core strategy to achieve greater energy efficiency in new and existing homes.Trains custom builders, remodelers, and affordable housing developers on Green Building techniques.

Eligible Customers: Local governments, building industry professional, affordable housing developers, and the communities.

 

 

Hospital Pilot Program

Implementer: Quantum Energy Services & Technologies, Inc. (QUEST)

Description: Provides hospitals with engineering and rebate targeting feasible energy efficiency tune-up and retro-commissioning improvements.

Eligible Customers: Customers throughout PG&E's service territory

 

 

Industrial Refrigeration Performance Plus

Implementer: Vacom Technologies

Description: The program targets refrigerated warehouses, food processors, and related cooling operations. Under the program, existing facilities are retrofitted, emphasizing refrigeration system improvements as well as addressing lighting, envelope, pumping, air handling and related process equipment.

Eligible Customers: Customers throughout PG&E's service territory

 

 

Light exChange Program

Implementer: Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA)

Description: Partners with school and community groups to replace inefficient exterior yard lights with high efficiency outdoor lighting.

Eligible Customers: PG&E agriculture customers.

 

 

Lodging Savers

Implementer: Ecology Action

Description: Delivers multi-measure comprehensive retrofits and Retrocommissioning (RCx) to small, medium, and large lodging facilities.

Eligible Customers: PG&E customers within the specified designation codes from the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS).

 

 

School Energy Efficiency Program

Implementer: Resource Solutions Group (RSG)

Description: Provides school facility benchmarking, audits, technical assistance and incentives to K - 12 public and private schools.

Eligible Customers: Covers all of PG&E's service territory, but focuses primarily on central and northern California.

 

 

Small Commercial Comprehensive Refrigeration Program (Cool Biz)

Implementer: KEMA Services

Description: Provides comprehensive energy efficiency measures to small and meduim commercial businesses with refrigeration loads.

Eligible Customers: Independent restaurants/cafes, drugstores, liquor stores, retail bakeries, caterers, cafeterias, assisted living facilities, and supermarket and grocers throughout PG&E's service territory whose maximum demand is at or above 70 kWh.
